Opas switches are engineered with detachable shafts mounted on the panel base to improve operational safety. This design prevents the panel cover from being opened unless the electrical circuit is properly controlled through the rotary switch. Once the switch is turned off, the panel cover can be opened, allowing maintenance and repair work to be carried out safely within an electrically isolated panel.
